01Does someone need an app?+

No. A compatible phone can tap the NFC card or scan its QR code to open the active public profile in a browser.

02Is CardOne a government ID?+

No. It is a privately issued utility card. Whether an establishment accepts it for visitor identification depends entirely on that establishment’s policy.

03Can I change my information later?+

Yes. The digital information can be updated from the cardholder’s private management page without changing the public card link.

04Do I have to show every detail?+

No. The cardholder controls which available fields are public and can switch the active CardOne mode when the context changes.

05Can I design the physical card?+

Yes. CardOne Studio lets you choose the orientation, template, photo placement, color and curated font before approving the design.
